Throughout Herefordshire we offer a free of charge, no minimum order, home delivery service every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We offer this free delivery service using our own team and vehicles, so you can be assured your order will reach you in the same pristine condition as it left our premises.
For delivery to areas outside Herefordshire (apart from the following postcodes AB, BF, BT, DD8-11, HS, IM, KA27-KA28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH19-44, PH49-50, TR21-25, IV, ZE, the following rates apply-
1 – 3 working days:
Up to 30kg: £8.50
31 – 60 kg: £17.00
61 - 90 kg: £25.50
Orders are generally despatched the next working day.

Returns & Refunds Policy
Occasionally it may be necessary to return products to us. If you need to return damaged goods we will refund the cost of doing so, and re-supply once the damage has been agreed by both parties. For the return of unwanted goods (under the consumer protection distance selling regulations 2000) we will refund the cost of the goods in full, subject to your written confirmation, (excluding shipping charges) within seven days of purchase provided they are returned in their original packaging and are undamaged.
Should you need to cancel your order prior to it being despatched, this can be done by telephone or email up to 17.00 hrs. on the day before the delivery is due for despatch.
Should you have reason to make a complaint for whatever reason, we promise to resolve the complaint in a timely and courteous manner. Complaints should be in writing (by letter or email).

We do not store any credit card details and will never pass on any personal details to third parties.
